The Conference reviews each application, makes a decision, and notifies all applicants of the decision. Awards will be made at the Conference Annual Meeting whenever possible. Payments will be made directly to the recipient in two installments. Conference staff and their dependents are not eligible. If no eligible woman applies, this scholarship may not be given out.
