E-News is delivered electronically on the 1st and 15th of each month. If you would like to submit news, upcoming events or announcements you may do so by sending an e-mail to e-news.
Deadlines for submission are the 10th & 25th of each month in order to allow time for preparation of e-news.
Information can be submitted in the following formats:
- Text in the body of the e-mail with all pictures sent as attachments in their original format (JPEG, GIF, PNG, or BTM)
- As a PDF file (8 ½ x 11 size with one inch margins) This will be converted to proper format for online publication (please send registration forms as separate attachments in PDF format only)
- In JPEG format 580 pixel width (maximum)
